Splash fill interrupts the vertical flow of water by forcing it to break up as it falls down several successive and offset levels of parallel splash bars. Constantly breaking up water and "splashing" it into millions of tiny droplets guarantees maximum exposure to air.

That, combined with a concrete structure gives you a cooling tower can handle poor water-quality conditions and issues like heat problems and ultraviolet light. And because concrete is made of natural materials, this structure doesn't run the risk of further degrading your circulating water.
