Counterflow - Film Fill - Redwood Structure

Film fill combines with redwood to create effective solutions to your most demanding cooling challenges.

Film fill is known for having low-fouling and high-performance qualities, and its ability to produce maximum cooling power within a small space makes it an excellent choice for many. If you're in an environment where debris may enter the tower's circulating water, however, film fill is not recommended.

Redwood is the longest-standing material used in the cooling tower industry and is appreciated for its structural integrity and reliability. Pretreated against decay, our Redwood structures stand up against chlorides, sulfates and hydrogen sulfide, though excessive levels of free chlorine or exposure to prolonged temperatures of 140 degrees Fahrenheit or hotter may cause damage.
